Windowing Functions in MySQL
Windowing Functions were added to MySQL 8.0 and they provide a way to perform advanced analytics on your data. You can now iterate over sub groups, dates, or other sets for a more granular analysis. If you need to investigate your data and want a better understanding, then you need to be using Windowing Functions
