What you will be doing:
Manage the successful completion of Euronet USA contracts for Software customers.
Serve as the lead contact for clients and vendors as it relates to software delivery.
Serve as conduit between client and Euronet technical team members.
Be able to understand technically challenging projects with multiple phases and deliverables.
Coordinate project efforts between technical staff, Euronet customers, and third-party venders.
Participate in testing activities of software where required.
Facilitate technical joint requirements planning sessions with venders or customers.
International travel required.
What you will need for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, and Computer Sciences or a related academic field or 5 years comparable experience.
4 years of experience with financial or electronic funds transfer software.
4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related industry.
Ability to read technical requirements and relate them to the business needs of the customer
Experience in end-user training of product or software packages.
Experience in software packages including Excel, Viso, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently when required.
Additional skills we value:
Background working with Windows, Linux servers or similar network exposure
Experience working with products developed using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Experience working with card associations such as MasterCard or VISA
Experience or background in QA and product rollout to market
Exposure to software installations or software development
